arrivo e registrazione arrival and registration

dopo la prenotazione riceverete i miei contatti telefonici e tutte le indicazioni per arrivare. non rispondo a numeri anonimi. all'arrivo sarà richiesto un documento di riconoscimento ad almeno uno degli ospiti, senza eccezioni. è assolutamente vietato sub-ospitare persone che non siano state previste. theDome è innanzitutto la mia abitazione, e non gradisco via vai di gente sconosciuta.

after the reservation you will have all the necessary informations to get here. i do not answer to hidden numbers. on arrival, a valid ID will be required. it is absolutely forbidden to let into the house somebody else i don't know about. first of all this is my house, and i don't like uninvited guests.

 

acconto e cauzione partial payment and deposit

al momento della prenotazione verrà richiesto un acconto del 50%, non restituibile in caso di annullamento anticipato da parte dell'ospite. nella deprecata ipotesi che io debba annullare la prenotazione l'anticipo sarà ovviamente restituito.
il pagamento del saldo verrà richiesto all'arrivo, unitamente ad una cauzione che sarà restituita alla riconsegna delle chiavi e previa verifica delle condizioni delle cose e delle stanze. senza la cauzione, la prenotazione verrà annullata senza restituzione dell'anticipo.
la cauzione non verrà restituita:
- in caso di danni più o meno rilevanti alle cose o alla struttura
- in caso di contravvenzione a questo regolamento

il pagamento sarà richiesto in contanti. no assegni o altre stranezze.

a partial payment of 50% will be required to confirm the reservation. the partial payment will not be given back if the reservation will be cancelled by the guest.  of course you will have it back if I will unluckily need to cancel the reservation.

 the remaining 50% will be requested on arrival, together with the security deposit that will be refunded upon return of the keys.

the security deposit will not be refunded in case of damages or missing things  and in case of contravention of these rules.

payment  will be cash. no cheques or other oddities.

 

comportamento behaviour

con la prenotazione della sola PlayRoom (in versione base) è possibile che ci siano altri ospiti nella struttura NON necessariamente appassionati al genere :) perciò è assolutamente vietato eccedere con i rumori, così come uscire nelle aree comuni svestiti o con abbigliamento particolare. lo stesso vale per le aree esterne, all'ingresso e all'uscita dalla casa, sempre.

non è permesso svolgere watersports nelle camere, ma solo in bagno.

è assolutamente vietato fumare in casa.

reserving the only PlayRoom (basic version) it is possible to find other guests of the "ordinary" B&B in the common areas. it is forbidden to make excessive noises and to get out of the room undressed or with particular clothing. i am sure you understand it is absolutely forbidden also on the external areas before, during and after the stay. always.

please do not play watersports in room, please use the bathroom :)

it is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
